We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We’re very sorry when this happens, but sometimes items don’t work properly right out of the box. Usually there is nothing you or Shopime could have done to prevent this. If there is a manufacturer’s warranty, the details of the warranty, including contact information, are usually in the packaging. If you can’t find it or if the warranty is from Shopime and not the manufacturer, we will be happy to provide you with the necessary information. Refunds on defective or damaged products will be issued once the item is received by Shopime. For a change of heart return, we will not refund the shipping charges paid on the original order and we will not pay or reimburse the return shipping charges. Refunds will be made on change of mind returns once the item is received by Shopime. Depending on the condition of the returned item, a partial refund may be issued.
